Return Policy
We guarantee the high quality and freshness of our products. Since these are food products, they are ineligible for return. If a customer is not satisfied with our products because of a freshness/quality issue, we offer either a refund or a credit toward future purchases, whichever the customer wants.

To be eligible for a refund/credit, please take a picture of the product, and send it to us together with proof of purchase, briefly describing what's wrong with it.

Spoilage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is spoiled, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Refund Policy
Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Ineligibility for credit/refund
If a customer is not satisfied because of "taste," no refund/credit will be issued. We have been selling our products since 2016. We must have sold to tens of hundreds of people, and many more have tried our products in demos and in farmers markets. Throughout this whole time, only two people claimed that our products did not taste good. One of them was clearly unhinged. The other was an online purchaser that we didn't see, but had the hallmarks of a scam. Typical feedback is "Whoa... That's amazing." The worst reaction is, "Mmm... It's pretty good." Given this vast experience, we are pretty confident that taste shouldn't be a problem, and accordingly, we don't refund for that.
