COMPANY AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a young company, super excited about our products and our customers’ feedback.

We are looking for a multitasker who will become the backbone of the company.

Specifically, we need a person who will:

be a dedicated contributor, and grow with the company;

oversee more people as the company expands;

assume higher-level responsibilities over time;

love our mission, our unique products, and our vigorous growth; and

directly benefit from our success, i.e., receive a share of the company’s profits.

 

 

INITIAL TASKS INCLUDE:

Distribution: Distribute or otherwise assist in distribution.

Sales support: Assist in entering new stores, schedule demos, and prepare marketing material.

Bookkeeping: Enter sales orders, issue invoices, and follow up on payments due from stores.

Inventory management: Using our ERP software, manage inventory, and enter purchase orders and work orders. No initial software knowledge is necessary.

Online orders fulfillment.

Production assistance and support, when necessary.

Handle certification and food-safety requirements (FDA, Organic, Kosher). No initial knowledge is necessary.

 

These are not daily tasks, but cumulative responsibilities that sporadically need to be executed.

 

Over time, as the volume of business grows, we will hire people who will specialize in each of these tasks.

 

 

COMPENSATION:

$605.20 per week + a share of the company’s profits.

 

 

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH:

High GPA;

Ability to learn and work with new software applications;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

Strong communication skills;

Strong ability to handle a variety of responsibilities;

A driver’s license is necessary.

LAS TAREAS INICIALES INCLUYEN:

Contabilidad: ingresar órdenes de venta, emitir facturas y realizar un seguimiento de los pagos adeudados por las tiendas.

Gestión de inventario: utilizando nuestro software ERP, administrar el inventario e ingresar órdenes de compra y órdenes de trabajo. No es necesario ningún conocimiento inicial del software.

Cumplimiento de pedidos por internet.

Asistencia y apoyo a la producción, cuando sea necesario.

Manejar los requisitos de certificación y seguridad alimentaria (FDA, Orgánico, Kosher). No son necesarios conocimientos iniciales.

 

No se trata de tareas diarias, sino de responsabilidades acumulativas que esporádicamente deben ejecutarse.

 

Con el tiempo, a medida que crezca el volumen de negocio, contrataremos personas que se especializarán en cada una de estas tareas.

 

 

COMPENSACIÓN:

$605,20 por semana + una parte de las ganancias de la empresa.
