Chocolith® is a velvety rich, natural chocolate alternative. Raw and unprocessed, it is sweetened with whole, organic, fiber-rich dates, which slow digestion for a healthy glycemic load. It does so while satiating cravings and nourishing the gut biome. (In some Keto versions we use allulose; in others, also a tiny amount of stevia leaf).

In crafting Chocolith® we avoided refined sugar, honey, coconut nectar, maple syrup, or any other substance that may spike blood glucose.  As a result, multiple diabetics and pre-diabetics who tried Chocolith® notified us that they did not feel any impact on their blood sugar, nor did their continuous glucose monitors register any rises.

We source the highest-quality cocoa paste, from Peru. Part of the quality is the flavor, mouthfeel and aroma. The other part is the paucity of heavy metals. Our cocoa paste is particularly low in those. Each batch is lab-tested for heavy metals and other impurities, and we receive a certificate of analysis (COA) to that effect with each delivery. We do not Dutch-process or denature our cocoa paste in any way, so its flavanols and other nutrients remain intact and bioavailable.

Chocolith® is certified organic and kosher. It is also raw, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and grain-free.
